PEQ Is Here: Cayin RU3 Firmware v1.0.3 Now Available

We are pleased to announce the release of firmware v1.0.3 for the Cayin RU3.

This update introduces PEQ (Parametric Equalizer) support, giving Android users greater flexibility to

fine-tune their listening experience through the Cayin Control APP.

What’s New in Firmware v1.0.3

Updated the EQ interface for clearer status indication. When EQ is enabled, the corresponding display is highlighted.

Added PEQ (Parametric Equalizer) support.

PEQ is currently available through the Cayin Control APP on Android devices only.

How to Upgrade

Android users can download the Cayin Control APP from major Android app stores or from the Cayin official website:

Home → Support → APP Download

After installing the APP, go to:

Cayin Control APP → Settings → Firmware Upgrade

Then follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the latest RU3 firmware.

Important Note

System Compatibility

RU3 support in the Cayin Control APP is currently available on Android only. Other operating systems are not supported at this time.
